  • How much does delivery cost?

    Standard Delivery charge for Australian orders is $10.00 (Incl GST) for orders below $50. Orders over $50 don't occur a delivery charge.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We currently deliver within Australia only.

  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

    In all, up to about 7 working days but most are delivered within this time. 99% of orders are sent out by the next business day. Most orders are sent via StarTrack who aim to deliver your parcel within 1-5 working days of us lodging it. We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes and have been provided a guide only.

  • Will I get an email confirmation once my order is placed?

    Yes. Once your order is placed, an automated email is generated and sent to you to confirm that your order has been received, including a list of the items you have ordered. Please note that your credit card details are not sent in any emails from us. We also recommend that you never send your credit card details via email.

  • I sent you an email. How long before I get a reply to my email enquiry?

    We endeavour to answer all emails within 1 business day. We are always more than happy to respond to order inquiries.

  • Why do I need to sign up for an account in order to place an order?

    Signing up for an account with www.heritagebrands.com.au allows you to keep track of your order, as well as the ability to view your previous orders placed with Heritage Brands. It also allows Heritage Brands staff to quickly search and reply to any queries you may have about your order.

  • How secure is my credit card information?

    Your credit card payment will be conducted directly via the Payment Express payment facility over a Secure Socket Layer (128 bit SSL) connection. Heritage Brands does not store Credit Card information, or have access to your Credit Card details.
